Q: Do you offer tasting and design consultations? A: Absolutely! This service is completely complimentary for all wedding cakes and for other event cakes to serve 100+ guests. Tastings are by appointment at my shop in downtown Mesa.
A: Not so fast...you haven't tried my fondant yet. Most bakery/cakery's use purchased commercial fondant and I agree some of it doesn't taste good. I DON'T USE THAT STUFF!! I have my own recipe for fondant that has a white chocolate base and it is DELICIOUS!! I will provide a sample for you to try at your tasting.
Q: How far in advance should I order my cake? A: First of all, due to the time and detail required to create one-of-a kind cakes, we are very limited to the number of cakes we can create each week. That being said, I highly recommend you reserve your date with us as soon as you have firmed up your details...date, venue, etc.
A: Our cakes are priced individually based on the size and the complexity of the design. Prices start at $5.00 per serving.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: We require a 50% non-refundable deposit with a signed contract in order to book your date. The remainder must be paid in full no later than 15 days prior to your event. We accept cash, checks and debit/credit through Paypal.
